Shawn: Diddy, Combs The trial on sex trafficking charges began Monday, a year and a half after he resolved a lawsuit brought on by his ex-girlfriend, where he accused rape and abuse.
The 55-year-old rapper faces charges of conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transport engaged in prostitution.
“I miss you,” the singer faces the biggest sentence in prison after at least 15 years behind bars if convicted.

May 12th: The trial begins
Diddy’s trial began Monday in U.S. District Court downstream of Manhattan and faces charges of sex trafficking, assault, fraud and prostitution.
In court on Friday, Judge Arun Subramanian said that on Monday a pool of 45 future ju umpires will be narrowed to 12 ju umpires and six alternatives before the opening statement began.
If the rapper and mogul are found guilty of all charges, it is expected to last around eight weeks as the rapper and mogul face the potential for life in prison.
May 5: Ju-referee’s choice

Potential ju umpires were asked everything, from their beliefs about infidelity and music preferences to the perceptions of celebrities like Kanye West and Mike Myers.
On Tuesday, Judge Subramanian directed the lawyer that the selection of the ju appellate “will continue for the next few days,” and the trial is scheduled to begin in a start statement on May 12th. He told the ju decree, “We’ve discussed the case and haven’t read about it. Please remove the news alert. Don’t allow anyone to talk to you.”

“When ju-describers ask if they recognize a particular celebrity’s name, it helps them determine their personal opinions and exposure to media reports about individuals who may be involved in the case,” Victor Valadales with Offit Carman told Fox News Digital. “Being familiar with key numbers can consciously or unconsciously affect the ju umpire’s perspective. Identifying such connections will allow selected ju umpires to evaluate cases based solely on presented evidence released from external influences.”
September 16, 2024: Diddy was arrested for sex trafficking and assault
Diddy was arrested About the charges revealed last September in a Manhattan hotel in September of sex trafficking and unsealed indictment accusing women of forcing sexual performances through his business empire. Diddy pleaded not guilty and denied all charges against him.

His arrest came after his home in Los Angeles and New York was attacked in connection with federal trafficking investigations, officials confirmed at the time to Fox News Digital.
Prosecutors added two new charges against Diddy in the April 3rd indictment charges after federal prosecutors allegedly engaged in sex trafficking of a female victim in 2024.
May 17, 2024: Diddy Beating Cassie hotel surveillance video released
On May 17, 2024, CNN was released Surveillance video It showed Diddy in a towel that beaten then-girlfriend Kathy Ventura in the hallway of a hotel room in Los Angeles.

Two days after the release of the video, filmed in 2016, Diddy shared an apology on camera in his now-deleted Instagram post, but he didn’t mention Ventura by name.
“It’s very difficult to look back at the darkest times of your life, but sometimes you had to do it. “I’m not allowed to do what I do in that video. I’m fully responsible for what I do in that video.”
Diddy said, “When I did it at the time, I was tired of it. I hate it now. I went, I asked for the help of a specialist. I went for treatment, I went for rehabilitation.”
“I had to ask God for His mercy and grace. I’m sorry. But I promise to be a better person every day. I don’t ask for forgiveness. I’m so sorry.”

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said at the time that the restrictions laws had risen so that no charges could be filed against Didi for the attack.
Diddy’s apology I met skepticism from the Ventura legal team.
“Combs”‘s latest statement is more about himself than many people he hurts,” Meredith Firetog, a partner at Wigdor LLP, a law firm representing Ventura, told Fox News Digital at the time.
“When Kathy and several other women came forward, he denied everything and suggested that the victim was looking for payday. After his repeated denials were proven, he was proven to show his pathetic despair, not only would he have been “apologised” but no one would sway at his dishonest words,” she added.

March 25, 2024: Federal agents stormed Diddy’s LA and Miami homes
Last March, federal agents in Homeland Security Didi’s house attacked In Los Angeles and Miami as part of their investigation.

The day after the attack, the rapper called them “worthless accusations.”

His lawyer, Aaron Dyer, said it was a “significant overuse of military-level force as the search warrant was carried out at Mr. Combs’ residence.”
“There are no indications of excessive force and hostility displayed by the authorities, or excuses for how he handled his children and employees,” he added. “Mr. Combs never got detained, but he spoke to the authorities and worked with them.”
November 16, 2023: Diddy’s Ex Files lawsuit against him accusing him of abuse
Cassie Ventura, who attended Cassie as a Diddy’s Ex, R&B singer, filed a lawsuit against the rapper in November 2023, accusing her of exposing her to years of abuse, assault and rape.
The rapper settled the lawsuit on a private amount a day later, denying the charges through his lawyer.

Cathy alleged in the lawsuit he raped her in her own home and endured “for over a decade” of his “violent behavior and disrupted demands.”

A week later, two more women accused Diddy of sexually abuse in the lawsuit.
This was followed by dozens of additional lawsuits by women and men who accused Didi of similar behavior. He denied all allegations.
