“So we have an application from the government that requires the court to remind the defense team of their duties in accordance with Geragos and local regulations 23.1,” the Subramanian said.
US lawyer Jay Clayton submitted the letter Monday. This was obtained by Fox News Digital and advised the court to comply with local rule 23.1.
The verdict is[D]uring a Ju trial on criminal mattersincluding the selection period of ju apprenticeship,…A lawyer or law firm associated with a defense counsel shall give or approve any special statement or interview relating to a trial or matter that a trial or reasonable person is expected to be spread through public communication, if there is a considerable possibility that such spread will interfere with a fair trial.

“In the course of the selection of the ju apprentice, there were seven defense counsels who filed notices of appearance in this case, and despite being a consultant for the ju apprentice, the defense team appeared to be consulting with other members of the Jelagos & Jelagos law firm who attended the court,” the letter states.
Clayton pointed to Jelagos’ apparent “long-standing relationship with the defendant” before asking the court to intervene in order to prevent any concerns about the propaganda of the trial and ensure that a fair trial is possible.

“I definitely understand that,” Jelagos said before admitting that he has “real issues with application” for the rules, but did not want to waste time during the ju-seeker selection process.
The judge asked if Geragos was in any way advised the defendant. Geragos admits he speaks with Diddy “a lot of frequency,” and also represents his mother, Janice Combs.
Jelagos confirmed that he was aware of the rules and did not attempt to interfere in a fair trial in any way.

Subramanian said, “I think this is ridiculous. I think it’s outrageous to mention the prosecution as a white woman in this case. It’s okay. I understand what you’re saying about the case and everything else, but I don’t think this will be tolerated in court wherever you are in the state.
“And I’m watching, and I’m going to listen, are you okay? You have another listener for your podcast.”
