Sean “Diddy” comb If you are convicted of a sex crime in a sexual offence charge at an estimated eight-week trial that began Monday, May 5th, you will face 15 years of life in prison.
According to Dockett, the women-led team at the U.S. Lawyer’s firm includes eight lawyers. The five women designated as leads include Emily Ann Johnson, Madison Redick Smither, Mary Christine Slavik, Meredith Foster and Mitzi Steiner.

In December, Mohren joined the prosecution team three months after Daddy was charged with conspiracy, force-based sex trafficking, fraud, forced and transport to do so in order to engage in prostitution.

As there were no strangers in the famous trial, Mohren previously served as the chief prosecutor in criminal cases. Ghislaine Maxwell.
Maxwell was found guilty of five counts after a month’s trial and one month’s trial, and was sentenced to 20 years in prison with deceased financier Jeffrey Epstein for sexually exploiting and abuse plans, according to the U.S. Lawyer’s Office.

“Today’s ruling holds Gisleine Maxwell’s responsibility for committing a heinous crime against a child,” U.S. lawyer Damien Williams said in a statement at the time. “This sentence sends a strong message that no one is beyond the law and never too late for justice. We once again thank the victims of Epstein and Maxwell for their courage, testifying at trial and sharing their stories as part of today’s ruling.”

Maxwell’s attempt to sue her sex trafficking conviction in 2024 was Denied by the Federal Court of Appealsand in April, her legal team filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court.

Prior to Maxwell’s conviction, Mohren was one of the lead prosecutors working on a lawsuit against Epstein before dying of suicide while awaiting trial in August 2019.
