The incident comes days after another fan was seriously injured during a Pirates game at PNC Park.

The organizers of Markwood’s GoFundMe page shared an update that is improving on Saturday.
“After everything he has experienced since the accident on Wednesday night, this progress is nothing but a miracle,” organizer Jennifer Phillips wrote. “He still has a long way ahead of him, but today it brought us a moment of hope that we all hold.”
In all the chaos, the pirates sprint through mediocre seasons. 12-25, Pittsburgh sits at the final spot in the NL Central Division.
