Shawn: Diddy, Combs Future ju-degrees were asked about Mike Myers, their beliefs about affairs, and their music preferences when defense and prosecutors tried to narrow down their potential pool to 12.

The ju apprentices were given a list of people and places and asked to tell them if they were aware of anything.
Comedian Mike Myers, Diddy’s Children – Justin and Christian Combs, Aubrey O’Day, Actress Lauren London, Actors Michael B. Jordanmusicians Kid Cudy, Kanye West, singers Michelle Williams, Dawn Richards and Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Kathy Ventura was one of the names recognized by some of the potential ju umpire.
It is unclear why some celebrities made this list, USA TODAY I reported that there was a scene in Myers’ “Austin Powers” where he jokes about the dishonorable rapper.
Fox News Digital contacted a Myers representative for comments.

Victor Balladress Offit Kurman told Fox News Digital that the Voir Dire Process is “important for both defense and prosecutors” to identify potential ju-seeker biases.
“When a ju-describer asks if he recognizes the names of a particular celebrity, it helps him to determine his exposure to media reports and personal opinions about individuals who may be involved in this case,” Baradales said. “Being familiar with key numbers can consciously or unconsciously affect the ju umpire’s perspective. Identifying such connections will allow selected ju umpires to evaluate cases based solely on presented evidence released from external influences.”
“Overall, these target questions are designed to frame a jury that can provide a fair and impartial verdict by thoroughly examining potential biases and ensuring that personal experiences and beliefs do not compromise the judicial process,” he added.

Fox News law editor Kerri Urbahn said the prosecution’s question to the ju apprentice is to make sure there is no “superfans” for Diddy, but Diddy’s team is looking for the “stant opposite” for the ju apprentice.
“Prosecutors will be looking for people who feel that the wealthy people will run away from something the average person isn’t because it will be part of the framing of their case. The rich and famous people are just as responsible as others, and Diddy is at the top of the list,” Irburn said.

A list of suggestions for questions asked about potential ju umpires included enquiries to their favorite music, how they felt about celebrities, and beliefs about their partners who cheat.
“Overall, these targeted questions are designed to frame a jury that can provide a fair and impartial verdict by thoroughly examining potential biases and ensuring that personal experiences and beliefs do not compromise the judicial process.”
“What kind of music do you like? How often do you listen to music? Hip hop rap music industry Or an artist in that genre? If so, please let me know what it is. ”
“The defendant in this case is a wealthy celebrity. In this case, do you have any opinions about wealthy individuals who influence their ability to serve as a fair and impartial ju umpire?
“There may be evidence that people are cheating on other individuals with girlfriends and boyfriends. Will hearing about this type of evidence affect your ability to serve as a fair and impartial ju umpire in this case?”

“Questions about perceptions of partners and celebrities in fraud have been cut to the core of ju-cited psychology,” Johnson Norris said. “Were they betrayed? Are they Starstruck? Do they think justice will bend for the rich? Each answer helps lawyers to read between the lines and attack people who may already be building their minds.
Oleg Necritin, defense attorney for Robert J. Degurt’s law firm, said Diddy’s team is likely engaged in “mock trials and focus groups” before the ju judge’s question.
“Questions about perceptions of partners and celebrities in fraud are cut at the heart of ju-cited psychology.”
“If the case is a mark of celebrities or infamous, it is also important that the government prevents individuals who are potential supporters or individuals with preconceived or biased ideas from making it into the ju apprentice,” Necritin told Fox News Digital. “The more questions you have, the more likely you are to know who can’t see the case fairly and impartially.”
Former felony prosecutor Eric Fadis Ju’s response agreed that he could show how the Ju’s view a particular evidence or argument.

“Defense is looking for ju umpires who have no sensitive sensibilities. Ju umpires can hear evidence about the possibility that defense can style it as ‘sex, drugs, rock and roll’ without having to postpone or make a judgment,” Fadis said. “Prosecutors want a ju umpire who won’t be distracted by bright, shiny objects or get off track by a circus where defenses are put on trial.”
