“It was very relaxing. I have far more time for me, my family, my friends, and for me, who I’ve been engaged recently. I’m happy to balance my life now. I’ve been in the professional world since I was 15, but I’ve been in the golf world since I was 7.
“I’m comfortable [my decision]. I’m still going to play around here and there, but I’m going to do more sporadically and more in my time. I’m trying to find my love for the game again. It has been a part of my life since I was a little girl. I have always loved the competitive side and have been driven to be perfect in golf, but I can’t be perfect in golf. Therefore, it is a continuous learning task. Sometimes it can be very difficult. But yeah, that was a good decision for me. Psychologically, I will be more peaceful. That way, when I do it, it’s an event I’m looking forward to and I feel ready for my game. ”
