
Director General of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Christie Noem On this week’s podcast, she revealed how her wallet was taken away at a restaurant in Washington, DC, and described it as “professional.”
The wallet was photographed by a white man wearing a mask on Sunday, and the bag contained $3,000 in cash and personal documents such as a passport, keys, driver’s license and DHS badge.
“In fact, it was sort of a shocking thing because it was sitting by my legs. I actually felt my wallet and he hooked it with his leg and took it a few steps away and took the medicine, then dropped his coat on it and took it,” Noem said.Vince Shaw. ”
“I felt that, but I thought my grandson was kicking me in the foot. But it was done very professionally and this always happens to people and they live in a community where this is dangerous and I reaffirm why I am here,” she added. “My job is to make sure I can do every day to make our community safer. President Trump Families recognize that no type of violence in their lives is necessary. ”

Noem said in an interview with the podcast that she is not sure why she was targeted, but that the investigation is ongoing.

“I think I was a busy grandma with four grandchildren under the age of four. And while I was looking after them, eating food and enjoying the family, certainly my wallet was even touching my legs.
“So I think we need to be aware of it, but we are making sure that there are consequences for those who make a living from hurting others,” Noem added.

A woman dining with her family recently had her wallet stolen in Washington, D.C., just a few blocks from the restaurant where a gnome handbag was swiped, NBC News also reported this week.
