In an interview with Fox News Digital, the host of “Rock the Block” shared his top three tips on how to do it Improving your spaceand many of them improve your quality of life.
“Well, one thing that a lot of people don’t notice is what you don’t see in your home. That’s what you need to make sure you have a clean air system, especially if you have an older person you’re caring for now or someone with breathing problems.

He went on to explain the benefits of having access to clean water in your home.

“I think the other thing is to make sure you’re studying the water you bring into your home. Make sure you have a really good water filter. Air, water, and quality of life, those are very important,” Pennington said.
“Clutter can accumulate and increase the stress in your life. And stress is a killer. So avoid stress.”
The “Rock the Block” star shared his final hint.
“Another thing: Live in a clean, organized environment. The mess can accumulate stress in your life and add stress. And stress is a killer.

According to Pennington, making some updates to your home and small changes in daily habits can improve your quality of life.
“And here is the easiest thing to do. Walk. Walk to your mailbox, walk to the grocery store, walk anywhere. Experts say you can add ten years to your life. You can walk every day if possible. The problem is, we’ll have to get up. So I’m here.

“Yeah, I say I’ll clean your home, make it accessible and add freshness whether it’s fresh flowers or candles, so when you go in, you’re like, ‘Yes, yeah,'” Pennington said. “You then know that you’re in a healthy environment, and when your body and your mind know that, you feel better about yourself.”
Pennington’s “Rock the Block” debuted its sixth season on April 14th.

The HGTV Show features designers for weeks to renovate four homes on the same block in Utah. Designers who work on a limited budget compete for the highest ratings. The winners will win the rights of bragging and their honorable streets.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, Pennington said that designer fans love this season.

“Whether these teams win or lose, they did the best job they’ve ever tested because that’s what happens in ‘Rock the Block’,” he said.
