Diddy, 55, appeared in a Manhattan courthouse, who appears to have a stone face, mostly gray hair and beard, but smiled when he met his two lawyers, Tenny Jelagos and Mark Agnifilo.
His lawyers seek to postpone the trial, which is scheduled to begin next month, and the US Lawyer’s Office Southern New York We withhold more than 200,000 documents related to the case.

Agnifilo told Judge Arun Subramanian that while the government has taken over the findings, there have been quite a few of the latest charges, and that a short two-week delay may be required.
Diddy was hit with two new charges in the April 3rd lawsuit. Federal prosecutors have been accused of relocating a woman known as “Victim 2” across state boundaries to engage in prostitution between 2024 and 2024, as the rapper allegedly engaged in sex trafficking of a female victim in 2024.

Slavik allegedly provided the document to Diddy’s team related to keyword searches, and the judge suggested that the prosecutor hand over the full document via thumb drive or face a postponement or subpoena.
“As for the request for delay, we are a freight train heading to trial,” Judge Subramanian said, asking the lawyer to file the request within the next 48 hours. The lawyer will return to court on Friday, April 18th.

The prosecutors also accused the music mogul of forcing employees to work long hours by threatening them with physical or reputational harm and forcing them to engage in sexual encounters with musicians.

At the previous hearing, Judge Subramanian had scheduled a trial for Combs, which is scheduled to begin on May 5th. Prosecutors expect the government case will take six weeks to layout, but Diddy’s legal team estimates that two weeks will be needed to argue for the rapper’s defense.

The dishonorable music mogul fought to release his trial three times from prison pending the trial after a recent attempt was denied on November 27th. Combs offered up to $50 million to await trial from his Star Island home, but prosecutors argued that the musicians were a threat to witnesses and victims.
