The 78-year-old announced his medical appointment on his true social account, writing, “I am happy to report that my long-term annual physical examination will be taking place this week at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.”
“I’ve never felt better, but nonetheless, I have to do these things!” Trump added.
The president left the White House at noon Friday and arrived at the Bethesda, Maryland facility around 12:43pm local time. Trump’s body comes less than a year after he survived an attempted assassination in Pennsylvania during the advances in his campaign.

“The fact that he attended 120 events in seven months is often multiple rallies in different states in a day, and it’s a positive evidence that Trump has an incredible amount of stamina, both mentally and physically,” Osborne noted.
However, Democrats have challenged Trump’s health in the past, and medical members have requested that Trump release his medical records. In an open letter starting October 13th, more than 230 doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals sought a record-breaking release.
The physical one on Friday will be the first of Trump’s first term in office.
