“Skinny is not the right goal,” she said. “A healthy lifestyle is the right goal. It’s something you look forward to, it’s something you strive for. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. So it’s really important to see the big picture.”
And family is a big part of that big picture.

The feature actress, who recently celebrated her 25-year marriage to Sanov, said that “little things” is the most important thing in her life.
“Communication is important,” she said. “I might be too cheesy to say, but I just get in touch, talk and check in on the little things. I said gestures, loving gestures are so important, but it’s not romantic. It charges my phone for me when I can’t find it.
“Don’t take it for granted,” she added. “It’s just as valuable to appreciate these little moments.”
