Dennis Austin I don’t care about wearing a bikini in my 60s.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, Austin shared that the numbers were 68 years old and after posing in a bikini.
“I love to feel better. And when you’re exercising, you just feel strong, you feel better, you have the energy I did when I was 30. So I’m still feeling good and thank God.

Austin explained that she is extremely supportive of her family to continue to shake her bikini, especially her husband.

Austin is closer to her 70s than her 30s, so she has confidence in her body.

“Well, honestly, I think I’m more confident than ever, and at this stage of life, I think you have to live it. Every day it’s important and you can go for it.
“When you’re 68, who cares about how old you are? If you’re having fun, chase anything when you feel better, you know, live.”
Austin feels more confident than ever, but she knows how her body has changed over the past 30 years.
“Of course they have,” she said her body image changes.

“Experience menopause is a huge change in the life of every woman. You get a tummy and get that kind of anxiety, but if you exercise and go through it, you will feel better there. You need to enjoy life. Austin asked.
In June, Austin went to Instagram to share a photo of her in a bikini while enjoying her vacation in southern France.
“Here in gorgeous Baecasis, you’ll be strong, healthy and very happy!!! There’s nothing like swimming in the Mediterranean to lift your spirits and keep you in the mood!,” the professional fitness coach wrote.
” Vacation is the perfect time to be active and look after you. Whether it’s a fast swim, a walk by the water or soaking in the beauty of nature… it all leads to a healthy body and a happy mind!!
In the photo, Austin was wearing a blue bikini with white trim as he posed on the stairs leading to the water. She paired her appearance with gold and hanging earrings and turtle shell glasses as she smiled for the camera.
A few days before she shared her post, She uploaded Two other bikini photos from her recent vacation.
In these shots, Austin was wearing a bright red bikini while trying to climb the stairs leading to the sea. In the second photo, Austin had a rifling with the word “leroche blanche” printed along the sides.

“We are in the sunshine in the beautiful French blackcurrant!!! Amazing, water is the most amazing blue shade I’ve ever seen!!!” Austin captioned the post.
“There’s something so magical in the Mediterranean… Quick Dip is necessary to feel completely refreshed, recharged and alive! I’ll taste every second of this special trip… the joy of being surrounded by salty sea air, the warm sunshine of my skin, the joy of being surrounded by such breathtaking beauty!!!

“If I can do small, small things like I’m walking a lot more than before, I’m stretching out more just because I want to stay flexible, so even if I reach for something, my back won’t gain more weight and lighter. A miracle about your metabolism, and they will keep you younger.
With Fitness routine, Austin relies on getting “Goodnight” every night, drinking plenty of water and not skipping meals.

“I go to sleep around 10am and wake up around 6am. That’s really important. Sleep helps your brain health, helps your beauty, and gives you energy. But I drink a lot of water during the day. I really don’t skip meals.

“The more muscles you use, the more calories you burn. And the more calories you burn than you get up. So, if you sit at the rear edge, whenever you can, it helps circulation and energy. Oxygen equals energy.

The “over 50” founders shared tips on how women can achieve their fitness goals over the summer.
