“Usually, if the defense doesn’t call a witness, the defendant is called a prisoner,” Gordy explained. “I said my whole career. It’s a flashy way to call someone a prisoner. You have to give the ju apprentice a reason for reasonable doubt and say that the prosecution doesn’t meet that burden… Most ju apprentices really don’t really understand what that burden is.”
He said, “You have to give the ju judge a reason for doubt. If you don’t make a very important defense, you will become a prisoner simply by cross-examining the government witnesses.”
Diddy told the court last week that his decision was not to testify in a sex crime case. “It’s very complicated. Most lawyers can’t explain RICO, so expect 12 people, the average citizen ju umpire, to understand the criminal enterprise and expect predicated acts. “There’s a reason to claim even if you don’t win. Open the evidence door that could be closed. So, prosecutors often charge something because they can get extra evidence before the ju umpire, even if they really expect to be convicted of that count.”

Criminal defense Nicole Blank Becker, He, representing R. Kelly, explained that the predicate action on Diddy is the “building block” that establishes RICO charging. Whether the ju-search can agree to the verdict is still unclear.
“So what happens now is that they’re forced to go back there, and there’s probably a lot of frustration there and more fights coming and going,” Becker said. “My understanding is that the ju umpire’s words were something for the effect that there is a point in which they cannot accustom them on either side. So obviously some of the ju umpire think, “Well, obviously he’s guilty.” ”
The judge instructed the ju judge to continue deliberations for now. The second option is to give supplemental ju judge instructions. Finally, the ju umpire was able to return a partial verdict. “The ju-degrees are struggling and spend most of their time discussing more serious and complicated assault numbers,” Bassett pointed out. “If I were a defense, I’d be worried, but I don’t know what the ju judge will do. “Both sides said they didn’t want to accept the partial verdict,” Attorney David S. Seltzer told Fox News Digital. “This forces the ju umpire to make a full verdict, which could lead to a ju umpire hung on the count in question if it is not possible to ultimately make a verdict on all counts, and thus could lead to the possibility of a hang count retry.
“There are a lot of things about the issue of appeal, and depending on how the case is resolved, this may be another issue of appeal.”
