According to a press release, the agent screened nearly 3.1 million travelers last Sunday, marking the busiest day in TSA’s history.
Records were set on Sunday, June 22nd. Chicago O’Hare International Airport Most people were shown in one day. The TSA said it had screened about 114,000 people that day.

Spriggs added, “We are grateful that we have arrived at a checkpoint prepared with an actual ID or another acceptable ID and that there are no prohibited items in our carry-on bags.”

“This summer and Holiday trip During the season, travelers will need to arrive at the airport at the time they park their car park, check their check bags and finish the security screening before heading to the gate,” TSA reminded passengers in a press release.
