But Las Vegas handed him over – as all other teams have always been the case until the Cleveland Browns took him in the fifth round.
“I personally felt the path to it… I want to see Chedur succeed,” Jackson told Fox News Digital last weekend at the Fanatics Fest in New York. “That doesn’t usually happen with the Cleveland Browns, but Chedur is going to break the mold.”
However, despite Sanders’ slides, the Ice Cube may just float in Cloud 9.
“My dad always had a sucker that ran,” Jackson said. The Raiders took Ashton Jeanti with them. With the sixth pick.

But that running back love hasn’t always been good for the ice cube.
“We’ll never forget that we were watching the draft together at the time. He said, ‘If the Raiders, you get Darren McFadden, there’s God,” Jackson said. “They got Darren McFadden. God is there! But he did nothing.”
McFadden was the Raiders’ fourth overall pick in 2008, but managed only a 1,000-yard rushing season in seven campaigns. In 103 career games, he was rushing for 5,421 yards and 28 touchdowns.
But Jeanti is leaving one of the best college best seasons of all time, not enough for Barry Sanders’ record for the best single season of all time.
