The driver who killed the reality star Luxurious Real Estate Agent Sara Black has been arrested.
The 32-year-old Virginia woman named Amanda Kempton was taken into custody Friday and was accused of leaving the scene of a car accident, resulting in fatal consequences, Southampton town police confirmed in Fox News Digital.
The charge is a Class D felony in New York and is sentenced to the maximum sentence in prison for up to four years.

Kempton was scheduled to be arrested on Saturday’s charges, police said.
Arrest Followed by Manhunt For the driver who attacked Burack on June 19th.
Details of the vehicle that attacked and killed a real estate expert have not yet been released.

Burack, best known for appearing on Netflix’s “Million Dollar Beach House” and HBO Max’s “Sells the Hamptons,” was hit along the Montauk Highway near Villa Paul Restaurant at 162 W Montauk Hwy on June 19th.
She turns out to be unconscious and is taken to Stony Brook University Hospital.

A close family friend, a real estate agent at Nestseekers International, shared with Fox News Digital that she was with Burack’s mother and sister in the hospital before her tragic death.
Barak suffered cardiac arrest at the scene, but according to his friends, he was resurrected and placed on life support. She suffered major brain damage, a fractured skull and various brain hemorrhages.
“She was just a great person… hardworking. Real estate has been her life for many years,” she shared with Fox News Digital. The two collaborated at Nestseekers International before Burack Sudden death.

When Burack was not involved in the real estate project, a source from Fox News Digital said her dear friend enjoyed raising money for charity and charity events. New York City is a co-chair of glass and black tie events in New York City, raising funds for several causes and foundations.
“A lot of people loved her and knew her. She’s a very good person and anyone could help,” the source concluded.
