Ju judge Shawn: Diddy, Combs The sex trafficking and assault case was dismissed Monday morning.
The debate over the rejection of Ju Judge No. 6 began last week after prosecutors pointed out a contradiction in his statement regarding his residence.
“At this point, there is nothing that can be said that the ju-san can return the Genie back to the bottle and repair his credibility,” Judge Arun Subramanian told the court on Monday prior to testifying at the trial.

Regarding diversity concerns, Judge Subramanian said the ju judge would not raise these concerns. Combs’ legal team asked to keep the ju apprentice because of his ethnicity and requested a false statement if the ju apprentice was denied.
“The courts cannot and should not consider what race should be,” the federal judge noted.
Ju Assembly No. 6 was rejected and replaced by the first alternative Ju Assembly. Judge Subramanian also said there was no evidence of prosecutor’s misconduct.
