A New York judge declared misunderstanding over the remaining rape charges of the dishonest film monarch Harvey Weinstein After the ju-degree said they would no longer be involved in the deliberations.

First-degree criminal sexual conduct counts are sentenced to a maximum of 25 years in prison. A new trial date for rape fees has not yet been set, but a status meeting will be held on July 2nd to determine the next step.
“We took the victory where we get them, and Sokora’s acquittal was a big one, to avoid seeing this case being overturned by appeal,” he said in a statement obtained by Weinstein spokesman Fox News Digital on Wednesday.
Engelmeyer said, “That reality creates an opening for a fair and balanced outcome of a judgment. It serves the interests of justice and gives Harvey a way home much earlier than expected.”

After several days of deliberation, the verdict reached on June 11th marked a partial victory for Weinstein’s accuser.
Miriam Haley, producer and production assistant Weinstein was convicted of sexual assault, said outside the court that the verdict on charges about her gave her “hope.”
