Three-door down Brad Arnold told his fans on Wednesday that he had been diagnosed recently Stage 4 Cancer And while he fights the illness, the band must cancel their tour.
“There’s not much good news today,” the 46-year-old said in a video he posted to his Instagram.
The Mississippi native explained that he was checked out at the hospital after getting sick a few weeks ago, and that he was diagnosed with clear cell renal cell carcinoma that “metastasized to my lungs.”
Arnold said to him, “I have no fear, I’m not really scared of it.”

He pointed out that his diagnosis would force the band to cancel their tour this summer.
“And I’m sorry,” he said. “And I hope that every time you get it, you lift me up in prayer.”
